The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the HR systems, creating customized reports and completing various internal audits to support changes in organizational structure and new HR initiatives to ensure compliance. This key role will collaborate with all C-Suite, HR Management, HR Staff, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. Maintains strict confidentiality and works with all levels of 1,000+ employee company.

The Senior Analyst Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Systems is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the M&E system from the business end by troubleshooting and resolving related issues, revising processes within the modules, testing system upgrades and enhancements, classifying resolutions in the IT Ticket System, and providing training.
